Job Description
THE CHALLENGE:
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that support growth and retention.
- Deliver tailored, engaging presentations focused on solving client pain points.
- Clearly demonstrate value, usability, and impact of offered solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build client-centric sales strategies.
- Manage deals from lead generation to contract signature (suspect → commitment).
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide client feedback to help shape product improvements and positioning.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Create sales reports and forecasts to track performance.
- Support onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales skills development.
- Gather and analyze client feedback and market trends.
- Share insights with leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage sales budget and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Take responsibility for performance targets and actively work toward them.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or Sales certifications (e.g., CSP) are a plus.
- 3–5 years in sales or account management, preferably in B2B or iGaming.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English and German (must-have).
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, client-focused, adaptable, and resilient.
- Strong time and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and other European countries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
