We’re looking for an Account Coordinator with 2 – 3 years of experience across a mix of agency, brand, and/or start-up work.
the role:
- Support the day-to-day management of client business through strong project coordination
- Draft briefs and help manage the production of client work across digital, OOH, etc
- Track and update workback schedules, production timelines and client approvals
- Work closely with resourcing team to scope out projects, coordinate vendor relationships
- Draft and circulate client communications, including status reports, agendas and contact reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support team in anticipating client needs and researching trends or competitive activity
- Help collect results, track program performance and assist in preparing client reports and recaps

- Is a proactive self-starter eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Brings a positive can-do attitude and takes ownership of tasks
- Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and jumping between projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear agendas, notes, and reports
salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
