Culture

Conveniently located near the Delices train station in Lausanne since 2008, the FEI HQ was renovated in accordance with the Swiss Minergie construction standards for energy efficiency. As an organisation, we have continued to make every effort to adhere to eco-conscious practices, not just with our HQ operations, but also for our Events.

As any equestrian will tell you: Horses do not discriminate! And this is why diversity and inclusion play such a key role in our value system. We encourage applications from individuals of all race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin and disability. Your uniqueness contributes to our collective strength.

At the FEI, we also strongly believe in the value of community, and we organise informal events throughout the year for our employees to get to know each other better.
