The British Elite Athletes Association is the independent representative body for elite British athletes in receipt of World Class Programme funding.

We stand by athletes' side at every stage of their career to provide support, representation and community, and to ensure none face a challenge alone.

We provide independent and confidential guidance; ensure the athlete voice is collated, heard and voiced in decision-making; and equip athletes with the skills and confidence to thrive in all aspects of life.
